How Long?
Two (2) hours.
HOW TO PREPARE
Hydration: I recommend drinking plenty of water 24 hours prior as it takes some time for the vocal cords to lubricate and feel their best.
Comfortable Clothing: Please come wearing clothes you feel completely comfortable moving and breathing freely in.
Space Setup: If accessible, I suggest setting up a dedicated floor space for the session (large enough to make a "snow angel"). Not to worry, I'll be sure to offer plenty of seated/standing options.
WHAT TO BRING
(NOTE: These are absolutely not mandatory, but could be helpful)
A personal journal or notebook
A yoga strap, small towel, or old t-shirt
A yoga bolster, sofa cushion, or multiple pillows
A yoga block(s) or a full water bottle
A yoga mat, thick blanket, or carpet
