Singing Exercise: Foundational "Hmm-Ahh-Hmm"

This foundational vocal exercise is designed to release tension, develop forward placement resonance, and build breath control while sustaining a single note. The "Hmmm-Ahhh-Hmmm" pattern encourages a smooth transition between nasal and open resonance, promoting ease, relaxation, and stability in your voice. (Please forgive the stain on my sports bra. It’s hard out here!)
