Where grounding and training come together. Includes both monthly group offerings, the on-demand library, plus a reserved 30min coaching session with Lis (choose between the "monthly" options above to upgrade to 60-min session for $175/hr) to keep your practice fully supported and personal.
Deeper support with two (2) monthly sessions. Reserved times, group access, and resources that keep you grounded and progressing on a faster track. Priority booking included.
Ongoing mentorship at the closest level. Three (3) monthly sessions with a reserved spot, full Studio access, and consistent accountability for your voice and artistry.

"The Practice" with Lis
When: The 2nd Saturday of Every Month
Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (PT)
What it is: A monthly voice class to deepen embodiment, strengthen technique, and stay steady in your practice.
Expect trauma-informed guidance, playful exploration, and opportunities to integrate your work through group coaching.

"The Collective" with Lis
When: Last Wednesday of Every Month
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM (PT)What it is: A monthly group support call to co-regulate, build resilience, and share voice amidst rising collective anxiety.
Expect gentle nervous system care, personal reflection, and respectful dialogue committed to liberation.
